A single authorship over the whole house: space planning, custom millwork, finish selection, furniture, art and styling — coordinated with your architect and builder from first drawing to the day you walk back in.
Renovation & Architecture
Kitchens, baths and reconfigured plans. We draw the details, specify the fittings and hold the trades to the drawings so the finished room reads as one idea rather than a set of decisions.
Bespoke Making
Pieces drawn for the room they will live in and built by makers we know — upholstery, cabinetry, lighting, stone and metal. Nothing carried over from the last house.
Worldly Sourcing & Art
Buying without borders — a Paris flea find, a Milanese light, a California ceramicist — and collection building with galleries here and abroad.

Conversation
A walk-through and a long talk about how you actually live. We return with a scope, a timeline and an honest investment range.

Direction
Plans, elevations and a material palette you can hold. One direction, refined together — not five to choose between.

Making
Drawings issued, trades held to them, every bespoke piece drawn, made or found and tracked by the studio.
04
Transformation
Construction administration through the final styling day. You come home to a finished house, beds made.
Engagement
Working together
We take a small number of houses each year, by introduction, so that the founders — not account managers — stay on your home from the first conversation to the last cushion. Fees are quoted flat once the scope is understood.
